Warranty Claims:

  • Other than Remanufactured Printhead Cartridges & Replacement Electronic Chips, all products supplied by Ausjet carry a 1 year 100% money back or replacement guarantee.
  • Remanufactured Printhead Cartridges & Replacement Electronic Chips carry only a 6-month warranty period.
  • From time to time certain products will  carry a shorter warranty.
  • Our guarantee only applies to the claimed product being defective under correct installation procedures, proper storage and normal printing use.
  • Please note that the use of Ausjet cartridges will not void your Printer warranty under current Australian consumer law.

Returns Policy

1.You accept all risk of loss and damage to the goods, whether caused by you or not, following shipment of the goods.

2. Prior to sending back any goods or to request a credit please contact our office to obtain a Returns Authority Number.

3. Ausjet Holdings Pty Ltd. will not accept courier freight charges for the return of faulty goods. If we require the goods back, we will provide shipping details.

4. Incorrectly ordered or change of mind products will be assessed on a case by case basis and will only be considered if Ausjet is notified within 30 days of purchase.

5. Any goods which you return for credit must be accompanied by required documentation showing: • Your name, address and account code. • Our invoice number for the realted product • Reason for return and Serial / Batch No. 
Details and returns are required for our quality testing and reclaim from our factories.

6. Any claims for adjustment to any invoice for any reason whatsoever must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.

7. If goods are accepted by Ausjet as change of mind or for other legitimate reasons a minimum 20% re-stocking fee will apply.

8. Must contact Ausjet before claims for repair or replacement to machines will be credited.

9. Claims may take up to 14 days to be processed.

10.Using the reply paid post service will incur a charge onto your account unless the goods are deemed faulty or error of Ausjet. Minimum cost is $15 depending on box size.

11. Lost parcels are not the responsibility once the sender has dispatched, and will not be investigated or claimable beyond 30 days 

12. Carded freight and re-delivery costs will be charged out at cost 

13. Product Recalls will only be appied to the recent product batches, also no credits will be appied if stock is out of the one years waranty.
